What is the maximum and minimum power admitted in the channel of Luzen Plus?

The acceptable range in the output of the dimmer channel for proper operation is:

What kind of load can I connect to the dimming channel of Luzen Plus?

Resistive, capacitive, inductive, dimmable LED and CFL loads can be connected to the dimming output of Luzen Plus (230V AC).

To control dimmable CFL and LED lamps it is necessary to download the application program version 3.0 or higher

There is a problem with the load in the Luzen Plus. How can I identify the problem?

In Luzen Plus you can enable different communication objects that allow us to identify problems in the device or the installation itself:

• Short circuit
• Open Circuit
• Overtemperature
• Overload
• Anomalous Frecuency

To use these objects, it will be necessary to have five different group addresses conveniently linked with the above objects.

Ja, wird sie. Der Wert der Variablen wird auch bei Spannungsausfall gespeichert und kann ebenfalls in verschiedenen logischen Funktionen verwendet werden.

Ist es möglich, mehrere logische Funktionen zu verketten, um komplexe Problematiken zu lösen?

Can I use the same Logical Function variables in different operations?

Yes, this is possible; just have on mind that the value stored in the variable changes when executing any operation in which it is involved, and this inevitably will affect the rest of operations using this same variable.

All my Group Address associations with the Logical Function Communication objects disappeared. What happened?

This happens in the modules of 5 logical functions, where you need to input the number of Total Data Entry objects of each type in parameters. If you need to increase those parameters of Total Data entry objects onces you have made all the Logical Function Group Address associations, you will lose those associations.

WE ALWAYS RECOMMEND to define some more additional objects than the strictly necessary in the Logical Functions, as a later redefinition involves the deletion of the possible Group Address associations already made, with the consequent loss of time when having to associate them again.

In the modules of 10 logical functions, each Data Entry is enabled independently, avoiding the lose of associations when you need a different number of Data Entry objects.

What is Luzen PLUS?

Luzen PLUS is a step forward in the evolution of our (1 channel, 400W) Luzen ONE dimmer. Luzen PLUS (ZN1DI-P400) has been subject to hardware updates regarding the Luzen ONE (ZN1DI-4001).

What is the main difference between Luzen ONE and Luzen PLUS?

Luzen PLUS offers auto load detection in the dimmer channel while in the Luzen ONE this has to be manually set by a specific parameter included in the application program.

Moreover, Luzen Plus control dimmable CFL and LED lamps with the version of application program Luzen Plus 3.0 or higher.

Do the clamps or the wiring change in the Luzen PLUS?

No, both the clamp and the wiring are identical in the Luzen ONE as well as in the PLUS.

Why does the "load type" parameter disappear?

Due to the hardware update carried out in the Luzen Plus, this is now able to automatically detect the type of load so that the specific parameter is not needed any more.

How can I tell if my dimmer is a  Luzen ONE or a Luzen PLUS?

The own silkscreening in the device shows if it is a Luzen ONE or a Luzen PLUS.

Will you still support the Luzen ONE application program?
