FAQ's Water Flow Sensor with temperature probe

The signal of the flow sensor indicates a null or an unusually low value.

In these cases, two aspects related to the correct installation of the flow sensor should be verified:

1. Firstly, the electrical connection should be checked, making sure that the flow sensor is correctly powered. If using connection terminals in the power supply wiring (red and black) and/or in the frequency output (yellow), it should be verified that the wires sheaths have been duly peeled off to ensure electrical continuity.
2. Secondly, It should be checked whether the flow sensor has been installed in the opposite direction to the water flow. In the flow sensors, there is a sticker with an arrow indicating the fluid path when passing through it.
